Spa Policy

We appreciate your courtesy and compliance with our business policies:

CANCELLATIONS: Please keep in mind that a great deal of dedicated preparation goes into having you as our guest.  We would greatly appreciate a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge you a 50% fee if this courtesy is not extended. No-show appointments will be billed for the full amount of the service.

GIFT CERTIFICATES / SERIES PACKAGES: will expire 1 year after the date of purchase. No refunds or returns will be issued on a purchased Gift Certificate; however the series may be transferred to another party before the one-year expiration date.

Promotions and special offers cannot be combined.

A $20.00 fee will be assessed for returned personal checks (in addition to the amount the check was  written for).

Responsibilities:

* Arriving 20 minutes before scheduled shift to review daily appointments

* Being productive without direct supervision

* Properly clean and restock therapy rooms and common areas of the spa

* Design therapeutic sessions based on client’s individual needs

* Educate client treatment options and professional recommendations

* Follow Nava Sen Spa’s policies

* Manage all customer questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy

* Effective communication to Management to any staff/client instances that require attention

* Knowledge of all services offered Nava Sen Spa Spa

* Develop a steady client base through rebooking
